Capture the flavor of fresh fruits and
berries when in season by preparing a spread for future enjoyment. Or
stash away some excellent holiday gifts for fam ily and friends. Freezer
jams are also suitable entries. If you like, combine two or three fruits to
make a tasty flavor blend and add a spice or herb to make your spread
unique. Another idea: Start with a fruit juice or wine to make a clear,
shimmering jelly. Send us your most creative idea.

Share your best recipe for
grilled, broiled, simmered, or fried chicken thighs or drumsticks. Planning
to grill? Tell us what you use for a marinade, herb rub, or basting sauce.
How about simmering chicken in a skillet with some veggies and whole
grains? Maybe your recipe is for fried or baked chicken that’s seasoned
with a unique spice combination.
